When will my order ship?

We do not offer same day shipping. Orders are processed for shipment within 1-5 business days after an order is placed (Excludes Pre-sale/Pre-order items and international orders). Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time stated above. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.

*** NOTE:  Processing time applies to merchandise that is readily available. Kimonos and special releases are EXCLUDED from processing time mentioned above. Kimonos and special releases will ship within the estimated timeframe given in the details of the product description.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and most countries.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer shipping via FedEx and USPS. All orders are shipped WITHOUT a signature required, which means, your shipping carrier of choice will deliver the package to your doorstep, whether or not you are present for the delivery.

Estimated transit time is 1-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) based on distance to destination (Alaska and Hawaii is estimated at 3-7 business days). This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking and insurance provided. Signature option is not available. Package will be left at door step whether or not you are present for delivery.

FedEx 2-Day:

After order has been processed and shipped, delivery is guaranteed in 2 days to most areas (excludes weekends and holidays). Rural destinations may require an extra day in transit.  Tracking and insurance provided. Signature option is not available. Package will be left at door step whether or not you are present for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail:

Estimated transit time is 1-3 business days depending on destination. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery confirmation number is provided when available. Carrier insurance is not provided.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us at info@albinoandpreto.com.  Please reference your order number.

How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size,  shipping address, etc.  

Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?

Due to prevent processing delays, we unfortunately cannot combine multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

What happens if I did not receive my order?

If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at info@albinoandpreto.com. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address.


What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?

If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@ablinoandpreto.com. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in. You will be required to fill out a claim form and possibly provide photos, so we can investigate further.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

If you would like to cancel a pre-order, you must cancel on or before the stated deadline. Because pre-order items are made-to-order items, any cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the purchase price.

What can cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same name, the same credit card, Paypal account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or orders using a discount code that is not permitted. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

How do I redeem my points?

When you're ready to redeem your A&P Reward points you can head to your account page and scroll down to your available rewards. Depending on your point balance, you will be able to access the 200 point rewards, 400 point rewards, or 600 point rewards.

Once you're in checkout, the redemption option will be available in your cart, and you can check out like usual.

Please note, loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other promo code .

RETURNS

To start a return or exchange, click here. Albino & Preto offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. All returns must go through our customer portal.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are at the discretion of Albino & Preto.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist with your return and/or exchange.

Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging, submitted within 30 days of the ship date. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible (e.g., items that appear dirty, have odors, visible wear, deodorant marks, animal hair, etc.). Accessories and special-order items are non-returnable.

Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages must be returned within 30 days. Returns are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Albino & Preto is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as shipping charges on exchanges.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs, which vary based on the original shipping method.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly through Albino & Preto or authorized distributors. We will not accept returns or exchanges from third-party sellers.
